We're proud to host a variety of events on our campus, 和 we work with event organizers to ensure that their parking needs are met. 有时, when special events are held on campus, customary parking 和 traffic patterns may be interrupted. Individuals or departments conducting special events on campus should contact 停车 Services at least 10 days in advance of the event to coordinate their parking needs.

• How do I request special event parking?

  A 停车 Services Special Event Coordinator is available to assist with all of your parking requests 和 will provide you with a parking quote for your event. All quotes are based on your initial request. 关注你的活动, your parking usage will be reconciled 和 customers will only be charged for the actual vehicle spaces used on the day of the event.

  There are 2 types of parking you may request:

  1. PDF Permits - A half day permit (less than 4 hours) is $10 per permit. A full day permit (4 or more hours) is $14 per permit.
  2. Attendant 停车 - Provided by a 停车 Services Special Event Coordinator or third party vendor. 费率可能有所不同

  A PDF Permit allows access to Gated Lots 和 is the recommended permit for any event where you expect more than 10 attendees. Guests can be emailed their permit 和 print them from home. 在到达时, the guest will scan the bar code of the printed permit 和 then display the permit on their dashboard.

  Please click "Request an Event" on the left-h和 toolbar. You will be asked to enter specific search criteria for your parking needs. You will also be asked for details about your parking request, including payment information, the location of the event 和 the option to add additional services.

  Once the parking spaces have been reserved, a 停车 Services Event Coordinator will be in touch with you via email at the address provided.

• How much does it cost 和 how do I pay?

  Events are billed after the event has ended based on the total number of permit scans during your event. A quote will be provided at the time the reservation is made based on the online booking request form information.

  An attendant can be hired to help guests scan their PDF permits at the gate, with the person/department who requests the event parking 和 attendant paying for the permits 和 the attendant. The minimum cost for this service is $177, which covers a 4 shift (required by vendor) but does not include the cost for permits.

  An attendant can be hired to collect $10 cash from your guests at the parking gate. The person/department who requested the event parking 和 attendant would only be responsible for the cost of the attendant. The minimum cost for this service is $204, which covers a 4 shift (required by vendor) but does not include the cost for permits.
